Position Open: Networking security specialist’s position is responsible for monitoring, fixing, controlling and operating network connectivity and manage related network product supported by different vendor. Be able to understand network topology, make changes for project requirement and be able to deploy project that involve in expanding into network connectivity structure. Network security specialists detect, prevent and resolve security threats to computer networks. They also play an important role in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of a companys data and information systems. Required Skills: 1. Minimum Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and understand all related Cisco configuration command and function. 2. Additional (preferred) certification of CCNP – Security or Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP). 3. Having a skill on Cisco product tool or others network tool for problem determination 4. Knowledgeable server’s environment that use large connectivity structure 5. Network Security Administration 6. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree ( preferred BCS or equivalent) 7. At least 3-5 years experience on server management & networking support skills 8. Cisco Network skill or equivalent. Has been involved in Network deployment projects. 9. Good understanding on Cisco command and function line for Cisco device. 10. analyzing first level problems for all network connectivity , device and operation (according to the service agreements), resolving or routing to next level support as appropriate 11. Supporting the Application Management Processes specific to customer requirements Job Description Network security specialists monitor computer networks for security threats or unauthorized users. They may identify compromised machines and report on security measures taken to address threats. Network security specialists also analyze security risks and develop response procedures. Additional duties may include developing and testing software deployment tools, firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Some network security workers research, evaluate, recommend and implement other security devices as well. This may include installing computer security software, conducting regular security audits, preparing security status reports, educating users on computer security, creating security documentation for users, assisting in disaster recovery and gathering evidence regarding cyber crimes.
