Position: Services Delivery Manager Our client is the leader in multifunction printers, colour laser printing, office printer and wide format printers is inviting interested candidates to join the team in Macau. Job Duties • Supervise a service team to provide day-to-day documents reproduction, Print Room and Mail Room services at customer sites • Manage operations processes to ensure service delivery at agreed outcomes for both the customer and the Company • Ensure that commitments to customers in Service Level Agreements are met • Communicate with customers regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and seek areas for improvement • Assist in validating the operational aspects of solutions offered to customers • Assist in the implementation phase of a new contract • Establish an effective business relationship with customer contact representatives • Set the strategic direction and develop the management framework for delivery of operational services at customer sites Requirements • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, Business Administration or related discipline • At least 5 years industry-related operations management experience, preferably gained from copying, printing and documents delivery industry • Experience in supervising service staff is a must • Possess strong IT knowledge on MS Office applications • Good interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills • Commitment towards quality and process improvement • Analytical approach to problem solving and process improvement • Self-motivated, strong service minded and able to work independently • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese • Only Macau ID holder will be considered Interested parties, please send full resume [email protected] with subject header “Services Delivery Manage”. **The information provided will remain private and confidential and will be used only for the purpose of selection/recruitment.
