Position : Site Engineer / Asstt. Manager - Projects Nos. : 03 (three) Location : Dubai Experience : 7-8 years Qualification : Degree/ Diploma in Civil / Architectural Engineering Job Description : 1. Diploma / Degree in civil or architectural engineering. 2. Minimum 4 years’ experience in Retail Industry or Interior firm. 3. At least two year experience within the Middle East. (Desired) 4. Plan & organize the execution teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project 5. Interact & coordinate with design & execution teams to ensure that the works are being carried out as per the design documents, specifications, etc. 6. Good ability to understand and interpret project scope from the design documents 7. Coordinate on a regular basis with the Landlord/Tenants Coordinators 8. Must be hands-on at the site for coordination of all scopes of work. 9. Should have good knowledge of the main authority approvals. 10.
