Position System Analyst / HRIS (Penang) Work Location Bayan Baru,Penang Date Posted Tuesday, December 23, 2014 Responsibilities Provides 1st level HR System support which include troubleshooting, documenting and resolve end user problems Escalates problems to appropriate parties for resolution. Where applicable, monitors the progress of requests for support and ensures that users and other interested parties are kept informed. Consults with end user and IT partners to document, strategize, plan, manage and implement HRIS projects within designated time and budget constraints. Oversees maintenance, upgrades and enhancements of the HR system Anticipates, analyses and coordinates the impact on systems for internal projects, as well as change initiatives and strategic projects Researches implementation alternatives and provides design recommendations to both user and the technical team Provides education, training and technical support for functional area of responsibility Requirements Candidate must possess a Diploma, Professional Degree, Bachelors Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 years’ experience in HR System support and familiar with using MSSQL 2000 Database and above, SQL Reporting Services Knowledge in PeopleSoft is advantage Analytical, research and HR practices skills are advantageous.
