ID: 94185BR Summary: The Field Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee nationwide talent acquisition strategies in this newly created role. Ranked 13th on the Fortune 500, an amazing 75 percent of the U.S. population lives within three miles of a CVS/pharmacy. This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional and manager to develop a field recruiting model to support our continued store growth. The Field Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with Area Vice Presidents and Area HR Directors to develop talent acquisition strategies for all field management and select store level positions. The Manager is responsible for executing best in class recruiting strategies and overseeing high volume and/or critical recruiting activities. The Manager will work directly with key Field Management to understand their business needs and deliver the implementation of a sustainable model that infuses CVS Caremark with diverse, world class talent to meet current needs as well as build talent communities for the future. Responsibilities:- Lead, manage and mentor our Field Management team in talent acquisition strategies, including training on sourcing techniques on LinkedIn and other sites- Partner on and recommend a nationwide talent acquisition strategy for the field- Participate in the implementation of diversity initiatives that strengthen the candidate pools - Engage in workforce planning and analytics activities to monitor ROI from search engine delivery and various marketing strategies- Work with Senior Leadership in Talent Acquisition and HR as well as other relevant functional leaders across the enterprise on various projects and committees - Manage and own a requisition load of critical or high level positions - Develop and maintain candidate relationships over extended periods of time- Manage and coordinate information development and exchange interdepartmentally- Represent CVS Caremark at industry conferences and events. Organize and participate in recruiting job fairs, and providing coaching to the business who may be attending events with the recruitment team - Maintain and monitor communication and updates to senior leadersRequired Qualifications: - 8+ years experience in talent acquisition, including 4+ years of management experience - Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing practices, CRM techniques, recruitment technology and metrics/scorecards - Strong skills in using competency based behavioral interviewing to assess candidates - Customer focused, adaptable, have strong follow up & organizational skills - Proficient with all Microsoft office products with the ability and interest to learn new software packages - Extensive knowledge of candidate generation - Experience navigating and influencing in a heavily matrixed organization - Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization - Superior relationship building and influencing skills of upper management - Proven success in leading change to a team across a federated talent acquisition model - Highly effective at getting to root cause and providing innovative solutions - Strong analytics, budget management and business acumen - Working knowledge of Affirmative Action and EEOC regulations - Willingness and ability to travel as neededPreferred Qualifications: - Previous experience recruiting for Retail Field Management roles - Masters Degree preferred Education: - Bachelors DegreeBusiness Overview: CVS Caremark, through our unmatched breadth of service offerings, is transforming the delivery of health care services in the U.S. We are an innovative, fast-growing company guided by values that focus on teamwork, integrity and respect for our colleagues and customers.
