Position Objective To meet business and service targets assigned efficiently and effectively with a view to increase business of Liabilities and prevent deposit attrition in line with the applicable rules, procedures and controls 2. Experience, Skills (Necessary to perform the job completely) Education and Experience: Bachelors / Masters( preferably from Marketing/sales background) Technical Skills: Communication, selling and presentation skills along with having strong PR in market. Behavioral Skills: Service orientation, confident, challenging and proactive and presentable. 3. Major Job Responsibility • Maximize sales of banking product/services to meet targets assigned with regards to liabilities. • Educate customers regarding Islamic Banking options • Provide highest level of personalized service to customers through timely assistance, promptly attending to queries and complaints, catering to customers’ personal banking needs and building a strong and cordial relationship to avoid dissatisfaction • Offering the right type of products/service to meet the need of individual customer • Maintaining and improving the service standards of the Bank to avoid incidence of complaints related to service issues from bank’s customers • Providing financial/investment information of the Banks products and services portfolio • Close coordination with all other functions of the branch to facilitate smooth customer transaction processing 4.
