Establish and manage an effective community-level Livelihood Working Committee (LWC) by chairing and coordinating its regular meetings. Co-ordinate and supervise inputs for those project activities concerned with the distribution of agricultural inputs, and the capacity building of farmers groups. Help to design training events for farmers groups in improved crop production, processing, value addition, storage and marketing of crops, fruits and vegetables. Proficient sound and having knowledge about seed bank methodology and agriculture conservation practices for sustainable agriculture. Knowledge about season crops and fruit, fodder and trees plantation. Liaison with Govt. Line departments and other stakeholders for engaging project activities and training events.
