Positives for tonight: 1 I have the best friends on the planet and am so grateful for their ability to embrace whatever project I have going on as well as the fact that they do such amazing work in their lives that I get to be a part of either directly or by osmosis. 2 My family is amazing. There will not be a day when any of us would not pick up the phone or get in the car to help or celebrate. Also, we can all cook! When were around restaurants are optional not mandatory. 3 So grateful to Hope Cruser and Renee Coombs for helping Kayla and her puppies when they looked like the might almost be an easy rescue. There is actually almost never an easy rescue. Underhound Railroad placed nine amazing dogs in wonderful homes. Other rescues could have taken them but most would not have made me as comfortable as they did or taken as amazing care of Kayla as Hope and her friends did. And now I feel like I should find a song to post as Ive begun doing that.
