Positivity challenge, Day 5, delayed :D I am positively impressed with the impact of this simple daily exercise on the fabric of my Experience! Mil gracias Stuart for getting me started! I am big on gratitude most of the time, as it is a sweet, luscious even, lens through which to enjoy my Life Experience. Yet this extra bump of putting it out there, sharing it, is amazing! Today Buda & I get to go to XpuHa beach with our dear friend Missy...heaven! I havent been to the beach since our last trip there together! As I reflected on noteworthy positivity to share in this last post, having lost the need to be right kept surfacing. Over my many years of healing what ails me, this single transition was/is profound. Lastly (for now :D) I am exceedingly grateful to have lived long enough to leave most of my demons in the dust, thus learning to enjoy being ME! I now pass the positivity challenge on to Patricia, Patricia, Bonnie, & Simon :D Suerte compañeros!
