Post 108, Friday 15.11.13 today. I received the Investigation pack and the invitation to attend the initial internal hearing in a letter dated 11.04.2012. Having first written asking for a postponement and then hand delivering a letter by me dated 19.04.2012 to the Respondent Employer London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL ) which on that day on 19.04.2012 was received by the Human Resources department with a Human Resources business partner with a minute taker noting down the conversation. In that letter dated 19.04.12 I had categorically stated that the statement contained in the Investigation pack dated 27.02.12 was a concoction and that the statement did not appear to have been written by the complaint making LOROL ( London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ) manager who was a Revenue Protection Inspector team leader as the statement was not in the usual vernacular of the person who claimed to have written it and on the same day of the Disciplinary Incident on 27.02.2012. The Respondent Employer London Overground Rail Operations Ltd ( LOROL ) using the counsel representing them in court in the 2 day hearing in May 2013 in the claim for Unfair Dismissal with Race Discrimination lodged in July 2012 and with a Judge sitting alone in WATFORD ET, assisted me in establishing that the statement was not written on 27.02.2012 the date of the Disciplinary Incident. More tomorrow about the 600 or so pages of the casefile as per the lone Judge in WATFORD ET and the court file maintained by Watford Employment Tribunal Service that includes the letter by me for the Court Order made for me to provide reasons for Race Discrimination and other letters to the Tribunal Service about the probity of the statement dated 27.02.2012.
