Post #29. How many of you try to avoid toxins in your home? This is super important if you’re trying to keep your kids healthy. Did you know that environmental toxins can lead to increased estrogen, which often manifests itself later as PMS, irregular and heavy periods, endometriosis, fibroids, breast cancer and more? Our environments are toxic, toxic, toxic. Not to mention, our small children simply do not need to be around poisons and chemical cleaners. We have used green cleaning supplies for quite some time. I can’t even walk down the cleaning aisle at the store anymore without feeling sick from the chemical smells. doTERRA has an awesome line of non-toxic cleaning and personal care products. Shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, anti-bacterial handsoap, cleaner concentrate and toothpaste! If you are a DIY person, you can easily make your own cleaning products using your essential oils. If you are a busy mama like me, sometimes it’s just easier to purchase them.
