Post-Asian Television Content, Corp. Blocktimer Era on #IBC13: #ATConIBC discontinued to raise the poor status of IBC 13 as the new #Kapiling Network over the past 2 months. Yesterday, sad news to all viewers of the said network when ATC stopped their blocktime programs due to poor ratings and executive mismanagement of IBC 13. The worst is, that IBC 13 encounters today the slowest privatization process; with no private companies endorsing them to be like #9TV (under San Miguel Corporation and Aliw Broadcasting Corporation) and #PTV4 #TelebisyonNgBayan (under government auspices).
