Post-dinner, was out in the backyard with the family and the 3-year-old nephew was hitting wiffle balls off a tee. The 6-year-old nephew comes through the back door and about two seconds later, the 3-y.o. hits a line drive that whizzes across the deck and plunks the 6-y.o. right in the mouth, knocking out a loose front tooth. Five minutes of searching in the grass turned up the fallen tooth for tooth-fairy exchange later, and after spitting out some blood, the 6-y.o. was back outside enjoying sports. #toughkid #watchesalotofhockey Also, after hitting one of my underhand-lob wiffle pitches over the back fence, the 6-y.o. did his best Yasiel Puig, giving me a stare-down and flipping the bat high in the air behind him as he strutted to first base. Somewhere, Carlos Beltran was very offended.
