Post match thoughts: [1] Well done to Liverpool and all my plastic Scouse friends for shading a tough match that could have gone either way; [2] The ref had a superb game; [3] I was wrong about my favourite songs for the day, the best one was Your teeth are offside, your teeth are offside, Luis Suarez, your teeth are offside... [4] Having now seen Suarez in the flesh he is not even in the top 5 players that have impressed me at The Boleyn Ground this year, maybe it was just an off day? [5] I am now really looking forward to the Liverpool v Man City game and propose that David Plumhoff and Sean Prendergast join me at a pub of their choice, where I would happily watch it in their company. But will they have the bottle to sit alongside Martini? Over to you, boys...
