Posted February 20, 2004 Profoundly insightful Stephen Levine had written an exquiste book that explores the depth and breadth of healing. He has distilled years of compassionate service and articulates the truth and wisdom of the deeper processes of healing that he has witnessed. As a teacher and healer myself, I often refer to this book when I invite others to explore the mystery of healing. People who are facing death (which is all of us) would benefit by reading this book as it offers a far greater understanding of the process of healing into death and invites us to live our lives more consciously and courageously. A Year to Live is a good book to read following this one. This book in and of itself is a gift of hope and healing for all who read it. Was this review helpful?
