Posted at 10/17/2014 4:14:00 PM Update Hello everyone! What a week! We have been working extremely hard for everyone. As of this moment, our pay script is maintaining and new CPs are now being paid! Whew! We are monitoring over the weekend to ensure it continues to run properly. We will be detailing all of the steps we have taken, including our action plan to ensure that this never happens again! We are also still optimizing the script offline right now that as of right now is completing the script within 2 minutes! The reason newer CPs were not being paid is because the new CPs get paid at the end of the script. With our old setup, the script was not fully completing within the 20 minute window, which resulted in old CPs being paid and new ones not. Now that the script is completing, everyone should be getting paid correctly. But as I said, we are still monitoring it and optimizing.
