Here are a few excerpts of those letters from prisoners. The greatest thing in my life was to understand and know that even on death row you can receive salvation. Thank you all and God bless you see you all over there. TN My first book was “A Man Sent.” That was two years ago. Since then I’ve read every book I could come across and I know without a doubt that this is more than a man. I tell everyone about the Message, most just turn away. I prayed and prayed for someone to talk to and the Lord provided me a roommate. He was a Christian and we went through 16 books and learned more than I ever could have on my own. I would read, then he would read. Then after we finished the last book, he was released. What a time we had. Now it all seems a dream. I thank the Lord for the time we shared. AZ I’m in year 23 of a 25 year term and someone just now handed me this Word of God. I never experienced anything like this and visited every chaplain and went to every service they offered. Here in one page all that sailed out the window. First I thought “why now, why not years ago?” Then I thought, “boy you better get to work and start reading and praying.” So brothers if you would, keep them coming. AZ Brothers, fantastic news, thank the Lord. I’ve been longing for something for years here, and the Lord heard my plea. Please send the Seven Seals book to my mother. She said, “I did not think it would last with you, but I know you got into something and you’re changed and I want it also.” CO I’m not a bad person, but I am an addict. I had no childhood, left alone to take care of myself the best I could. See everyone looks for a reason, for me it was the drug, gives you a reason to go on and a quick payback. Nobody ever talked to me about God. So you can imagine the surprise when my first conversation about the Lord and the Bible was from another ex-addict. Laid it all out for me my whole life. He lived it, see. I told him that this is some heavy stuff you are laying on me, how’d you get it? He said, “around the world my family and I just went through the Seven Seals.” What? Told me all about you guys and that someone sends him mail with the good news from your website. This is too good to be true, please send me the Seals, and if you don’t mind it coming from me, God bless you. CT Thank you Brother Branham for changing my life. Your Massage just did something for me that nobody ever did for me. I know words are just words so it must have been some kind of spirit in the books that affected me. All I know is that you showed me that there is a God, not only that there is, but who and why He is. I am ever grateful to you. CA I am over 50 and gave my heart to the Lord years ago. Now I don’t know if it was just my time or what the reason was but someone gave me a book called Man Sent from God. I never remember hearing about Rev. Branham and now I wonder what bush has this light been under all my life. Brothers these writings make the Bible a whole different book, no longer shrouded in mysteries but a bright shining beacon. Thank you all. TX We always read the Prison Mail Bag and thought what a wonderful work that was. To feed the ones that have no way to receive the Manna that we enjoy so freely. Then the day came that we had a family member arrested. Just for a moment, they lost control and the devil did his work. Oh, all of a sudden the importance of the prison work came home. First we tried to take books in, but they were turned away at the jail. What can we do? They are all alone in that awful place, no help no comfort. There was nothing we could do. Then the Mail Bag came to mind and we quickly got a hold of the Voice Of God. What a relief, it will all be all right. Books were sent and received and a life that had wondered was returned. Though they are still in the jail, the attitude and talk has all changed. Now when we talk it is centered about the latest Message that was received and what Brother Branham spoke about. You can’t imagine the relief and the blessing it is for us. Thank you. A blessed family Really amazing thing around here; I was blessed to be given a book about the Church Ages and it shook me till my teeth rattled. I was told to write you and I received a box of books from you all. The amazing thing is that everyone here knew I received them. I looked at the box then looked up, and there were about ten people around my cell asking to borrow books. I did not even have the package open. It was like I got a box of cookies or something! Don’t ever think that there is not a famine in the land, because there sure is here. GA I want you to know that I am reading the messages and enjoying them very much. There is hardly a moment in the day when I am not reading them. I never imagined I could get so many blessings from the Lord from these books, so I have decided to read them all and then take them with me when I go back to Mexico and share them with my family. I also am thankful that the Lord God has been taking care of my family at home. I see this as being nothing less than the strong hand of the Lord. NM
