Working closely with the management team your priorities and attributes will include: o A relevant degree or equivalent experience o Sound knowledge and commitment to Work Health & Safety; risk management, compliance, legislation, injury management and safe working practices. o Proficient in administration and the use of information technology o Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills especially the ability to negotiate mediate, and resolve conflict effectively. o A record of excellent work ethics (i.e. conduct, pride in work, reliable, well presented, punctual). o Ability to work effectively and efficiently both within a team and unsupervised. o Commitment to training and education as required, maintaining and improving knowledge and skills pertinent to role. o On occasion the ability to work early morning or late evening as required. o Current class C drivers licence DESIRABLE o Experience or knowledge in general commercial cleaning. o Certificate IV in Workplace Training And Assessment o Mental health First Aid o Senior First Aid o Completion of a Workcover NSW return to Work Coordination program.
