Since 1999, the TIR secretariat has been servicing the TIR Executive Board (TIRExB) – an intergovernmental body established by the Contracting Parties to the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (TIR Convention, 1975) to supervise the application of this Convention at national and international level. The incumbent will report to the TIR Secretary. Education Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related area. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Work Experience A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Information Technology is required.
