Education An advanced University Degree (Masters or equivalent preferably) in law, international relations or other disciplines related to the human rights field. A first level university degree in combination with two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Work Experience At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in human rights and rule of law, including at international level. Proven experience in working with national stakeholders. Experience in the development of policies, tools, and guidelines on racial equality, non-discrimination is desirable. Languages Fluency in English is required.
