Posting for Nancy Arthur Best CASA Morning Prayer Monday June 16, 2014 Ive had a very hectic weekend. Family time to celebrate the grandfathers, fathers and fathers - to -be in our family. We celebrate Family Dinner each Saturday night. I typically have help cooking, but it seemed like everyone else had other responsibilities, which included them enjoying some Sabbath time. I was exhausted. Church was wonderful today, a friend, my daughter, and my granddaughter were worshipping with us...what a Trinity! My congregation doesnt leave right away, I have given up, standing lonely at the door, while they all visit. For the start of a new week, my prayer is this: May we delight and cherish our Creators renewing gift of a garden, and the interweb of life in its goodness. Whether it is in the smell of a buss exhaust, or the fragrance of peonies, may we seek the Presence of The Holy. Enable us to be partners in the circle of rejuvenating life, and share in breathing Spirit into relationships, faith in ourselves, our neighbours, and above all YOU. Megwitch. Megwich is a word that is spelled differently among Canadian First Nations people. It has no negative connotation it can only be used for the highest good of all.
