Postpaid And Devices Executive - Telenor Pakistan - Karachi Eligibility Criteria (Education/Experience/ Certifications): -Education: -Masters degree from any reputed institute -Work experience: -Experience in direct or indirect B2C selling or a related area within sales. -Experience in working in any FMCG / Teleco. on distribution model or supply chain Potential Career Path: -Other roles within Regional Sales Operations -Core regional sales positions part of direct or indirect sales channel -Roles within S&D Planning Your typical day at work: -Achieving the monthly postpaid and devices sales targets by coordinating with franchise staff and Territory sales Supervisor/officer -Devising Franchise wise regional targets for postpaid and devices & monthly ordering plans for devices -Ensuring Mobile Account Sales for new postpaid connections -Analyze the sales tends for forecasting & planning of Postpaid and Devices -Provide back end support to regional franchises about system related matters -Coordinate with MNP, IT and CF team for MNP, postpaid issues and waiver processing respectively and its improvements -Responsible for channel enablement on postpaid and devices through walk-in and direct selling -Regular franchise visit and staff training on postpaid and device products, sales pithch, commissions etc. -Provide franchise complete visibility of postpaid and devices target achievement, investment and commissions -Responsible for implementation of system development and policies on regional level -Responsible for frequent/timely information dissemination like devices inductions, price changes and campaigns Franchise staff -Provide innovative ideas for enhancing franchise device sell through and enhance internet penetration -Gather feedback on of competition postpaid moves and devices market prices on a regular basis (checking it themselves as well, whether this is grey market device/whole sale price or end customer price) and communicating them to the planning team -Working closely with regional trade marketing team for devices and postpaid trade material visibility -Effectively resolving after sale device operational issues issues such as warranty claims, internet bundles -Ensuring optimal secondary sales (devices activating on TP network) along with internet activation Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: -Planning and organizing skills -Teambuilding/ Leadership skills -Interpersonal & Communication Skills -Proactive and customer focused -Pressure handling skills Application Deadline: 22-Jun-2014 careers.telenor.pk/Page/Detail/Default.aspx
