Posture is so so important to help keep your body fit and strong for your lifetime. At all times you need to remember to keep good posture: spine in alignment-this includes your neck, shoulders and hips all being looked at and potentially rearranged before starting a movement. Follow this easy 10-second rule to help good posture anytime during your day and always at the start of your exercise movements: stand up straight, keep your back straight, with your ears over your shoulders and shoulders over your hips. Look straight ahead and think tall, right through your spine and through the top of your head. Not only will this intensify your workouts it can also help you look a dress size slimmer!
