Potsdam PD Public Record MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2013 ARTICLE OPTIONS AA UNNECESSARY NOISE - POTSDAM - Brian T. Dibble, 18, of Webster with unlawful possession of marijuana and unnecessary noise - yelling at 11:58p.m. Sunday on Main Street. Police said they observed Dibble walking on Main Street while yelling obscenities. Police said when they made contact with Dibble they found he was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket for Potsdam Village Court. PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Nicholas A. Ferris, 21, of Potsdam and Kavi A. Kavianpour, 21, of Potsdam with petit larceny at 1:48 a.m. Sunday on Pierrepont Avenue. Ferris was also charged with unlawful possession of another’s license. Police said the charges were filed after they observed the duo walking along the Hamilton Street side of the Agonian Sorority on Pierrepont Avenue in possession of property that belongs to the sorority. They were released on appearance tickets for Potsdam Village Court. UNNECESSARY NOISE - POTSDAM - Village police charged James Saint-Vrestil, 21, of Brooklyn with unnecessary noise-yelling after responding to a loud party complaint at 4:16 a.m. Sunday on Market Street. IMPROPER RIGHT TURN - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Kyle W. Mathieu, 21, of Chazy for making an improper right turn at 7:55 p.m. Sunday when he turned from Elm Street onto Market Street. Verbal warning issued. 1333 Received a report of a subject operating a motorcycle without a license. 1555 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call. 1627 Received a criminal mischief complaint. Investigation continues. 1641 Received a larceny complaint.
