Patrols responded. 0127 Found property turned in to patrol. 0202 Patrol observed a female urinating in public on Depot Street. A verbal warning was issued. 0219 Patrol recovered property from a male subject. 0227 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call. 0247 Received report of two subjects in a verbal altercation at the intersection of Main Street and Market Street. Subjects were gone prior to patrol’s arrival. 0355 Received complaint of female lost in the village needing assistance. Patrols responded. 0724 Patrol reported malfunction of traffic signal at Elm Street and Union Street. 1133 Potsdam Rescue and patrols dispatched to Midtown Apartments. 1213Potsdam Rescue and Patrols dispatched to Mayfield Drive. 1236 Patrol dispatched to a property damage accident on Pierrepont Avenue. Ticket issued. 1317 Property damage accident in Price Chopper parking lot.Suspect left a note.Patrol assisted the victim with reporting. 1337 Report of attempted larceny and criminal mischief at a residence on Elm Street. 1510 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Clough Street. 1512 Report of a vehicle being operated with children not in seat belts/car seats.Patrol dispatched. 1527 Report of a male walking back and forth in the middle of Maple Street grabbing people and trying to kiss/bite them.Patrols dispatched. 1552 Potsdam Rescue dispatched Haggerty Road for a person having difficulty breathing. 1743 Patrols responded to a report of a domestic incident. 1803 Report of a raccoon walking around the parking lot at Mayfield Drive. 1806 Code enforcement incident received on Bay Street. Incident has been forwarded to Code Enforcment. 1818 Mental health incident.Subject requested transport to Claxton Hepburn Medical Center.
