Power cleans are looking a lot better so were going to start cleaning up our technique a little! Here are a few things to work on: 1) Keep your butt low and your chest upright on your setup. Your weight should be mostly concentrated from mid-foot to your heels. 2) Slow down the first pull and go twice as slow. We dont want to pull the bar around the knees, we want to push the knees/hamstrings back so the bar path remains straight and traces our body. 3) Speed up the third pull and go twice as fast. The Olympic lifts are all about speed under the bar! A good mental queue is shoot your elbows under the bar to catch the weight on your shoulders. And keep those elbows high like Kate here! lol
