Power distribution companies in Delhi must junk the term regulatory assets and replace it with overdues. No one understands regulatory assets, everyone understands overdues. When people hear that the Delhi govt still has to clear thousands of crores of overdues to them, there maybe some understanding, if not sympathy. They are fools to have allowed the government to create an indecipherable term to fool the public.
