Hey dont give me the furtive glances,am notone of them,dont be shocked at my dressing a peacefulstance,am not one of them.I am a muslim who loves peace alwayslowering my gaze,am not one of them.I am a muslim who values life whopeople love,am not one of them.I am a muslim who prays to my Lord,to keepus safe from the likes of them.I am a muslim who preaches good andadmonishes bad,am not one of them.My laws are the Quran and my lifestyle is theSunnah,am not one of them.The Jesus whom you love is the Jesus that Ilove,am not one of them.The Kenya that I live in is the Kenya I wasborn in,am not one of them.the anthem that you sing is the anthem thatI pray,am not one of them.Pakistan,Syria,Westgate,Gaza,This is for every child thats lookin for theanswer,wish I could replace your tears with somelaughter.Oh People of Kenya,we differentreligions,we citizens of a nation,we arenot one of them.Lets hold hands together,and pray for ournation,we are not one of them.Lets unite and be one and fight their vices cozwe are not them.wondering who is them?
