Praise God I didnt drown or swim in circles! Did 11x 100 yards. Shoulder was very stiff and weak with a lot of tightness in some places, particularly across the shaft of the collar bone, front of shoulder and back of shoulder. A lot of things I need to talk to doctor about next week as I am starting to wonder if there was soft tissue damage or if this is body compensating for a new way of life. Plus I was SLOW, but I pretty much expected that. But, I did it. The first one is in the books.
