Pratham InfoTech Foundation : Student Enrichment Program Job Description Project Summary Pratham InfoTech Foundation is implementing Student Enrichment program which started from June 2011 at Chembur. And now we are working in 25 schools which cover around 600 children. We have expanded our program in 15 schools at Nashik, Pune and Mumbai. We are working for 8th, 9th and 10th standard’s students. Position Summary The Fellow’s aim is to teach and guide students in their academic studies and also ensure that students should increase their interest in studies and also develop their human values. Fellow should support team leader for systematic operation of project regarding data and analysis of program. Fellow Qualifications & Skills Required Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline D.Ed. / B.Ed. Experience in Teaching field or Interest in teaching. Fresher is welcome Fluency in Marathi and knowledge of English (Spoken and written) Knowledge of the local language Computer literate with experience in surfing the internet, emailing, data entry, and with Microsoft Office Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills High energy level & the ability to support and motivate others Empathetic to others’ views and needs Willingness to work dedicatedly _____________________________________________________________________________________ Location: Pune.
