Pray for our neighbors in India and other places of disasters. Luke 13:1 Now at the same time, [there] were present some who were telling Him about the Galileans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. Luke 13:2 And Jesus answered [and] said to them, "Do you suppose that these Galileans were sinners above all Galileans, because they suffered such things? Luke 13:3 No, I tell you; but if you do not repent, you shall all likewise perish. Luke 13:4 Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell, and killed them, do you suppose that these were debtors above all men who dwelt in Jerusalem? Luke 13:5 No, I tell you; but if you do not repent, you shall all likewise perish." Monsoon rains destroy idol in Indian[though this is not the first time this happened there and else where; but these Holy Scriptures came to mind]: Judg 6:31 And Joash said to all that stood against him, "Will you plead for Baal? Will you save him? He who contends for him shall be killed by the morning. If he is a god, let him plead for himself because one has destroyed his altar." Ps 115:1 Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but unto Your name give glory for Your mercy and for Your truth’s sake. Ps 115:2 Why should the nations say, "Where now is their God?" Ps 115:3 Our God is in the heavens; He has done whatever He has pleased. Ps 115:4 Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands. Ps 115:5 They have mouths, but they do not speak; they have eyes, but they do not see; Ps 115:6 They have ears, but they do not hear; they have noses, but they do not smell; Ps 115:7 They have hands, but they do not handle; they have feet, but they do not walk; they do not make a sound through their throat. Ps 115:8 The ones who make them are like them, and so is everyone who trusts in them. Ps 115:9 O Israel, trust in the LORD; He is their help and their shield. Exod 20:1 And God spoke all these words, saying, Exod 20:2 "I [am] the LORD your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Exod 20:3 You shall have no other gods before Me. Exod 20:4 You shall not make for yourselves any graven image, or any likeness of [anything] that [is] in the heavens above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the waters under the earth. Exod 20:5 You shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, the LORD your God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of those who hate Me, Exod 20:6 But showing mercy to thousands of those who love Me and keep My commandments. 1Cor 10:14 Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry. Acts 17:22 Then Paul stood in [the] center of Mars’ hill [and] said, "Men, Athenians, I perceive [that] in all things you are very reverent to deities; Acts 17:23 For [as] I was passing through and observing the objects of your veneration, I also found an altar on which was inscribed, ‘To an unknown God.’ So then, He Whom you worship in ignorance [is ]the one [that] I proclaim to you. Acts 17:24 He [is] the God Who made the world and all things that [are] in it. Being [the] Lord of heaven and earth, He does not dwell in temples made by hands; Acts 17:25 Nor is He served by the hands of men, as [though] He needs anything, [for] He gives to all life and breath and all things. Acts 17:26 And He made of one blood all the nations of men to dwell upon all the face of the earth, having determined beforehand [their] appointed times and the boundaries of their dwelling; Acts 17:27 In order that they might seek the Lord, if perhaps they might feel after Him and might find Him; though truly, He is not far from each one of us, Acts 17:28 For in Him we live and move and have our being; as some of the poets among you also have said, ‘For we are His offspring.’ Acts 17:29 Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we should not think that the Godhead [is] like that which [is made] of gold, or silver, or[ ]stone—a graven thing of art [devised by the] imagination of man; Acts 17:30 For [although] God has indeed overlooked the times of this ignorance, He now commands all men everywhere to repent, Acts 17:31 Because He has set a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness by a man Whom He has appointed, having given proof to all [by] raising Him from [the] dead."
