Prayer Of The Day Wednesday, August 21, 2013 "....the last will be first, and the first will be last." Mt. 20:16 Dear Jesus, You tell us that to be first in Your grace we must go to the end of the line here on earth. You ask us to always place others before ourselves as the path to eternal life with You. We thank you for this opportunity to be with You in heaven forever. We thank You even more for showing us through the example of your life and the Church’s teachings that if we only put others first while on this earth we will be first in Your eyes when it comes to our heavenly life to come. Please bring us to everlasting life with You! Amen.
