Prayer Response for Sept. 23rd Heavenly Father, Thank You for the blessings of this day and for the shelter of Your love. You know our fears, our sicknesses and our troubled hearts and are preparing us a shelter from the troubles that we face even before we face them. Father we lean on You and ask to be wrapped in the grace of your love to help us through our normal days, our good days, the bad days, and the days that just rip our hearts out of us. We know You understand the fears and pains of each heart and each individual situation and that Your mercies are applied to each of us and to our every need. Lord, we lean on You so that we draw our strength from Your Love. Forgive us Lord for shortcomings, our doubting hearts and the fear that sometimes overwhelms us. Lord, You are the Father of goodness and love, and we ask you to hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need of your precious mercies. Surrounded by mental and physical suffering, we find consolation in Your healing presence. Father, please show your mercy on us as You close wounds, cure illness, take away cancer, heal heart conditions, make broken bodies whole and free those with broken spirits. May these names of people we bring before You find lasting health and deliverance, and so that they can join us in thanking you for all your precious gifts. We ask this through the love of the Lord who healed those who believed, and those who come to Him for grace and mercy. Lord for those who have unspoken prayer requests we pray that You know their situation and You know how much they need You and Your comfort in their lives. Please let them feel Your love right now to help them through the storm they face. Let them listen to Your voice and follow You where they may go. Lord, be the foundation in our homes and provide us Your salvation, comfort and peace. Stop the hard hearted ones whose hearts are running away from You. Make them hear what You have done for them. Provide and protect our elderly and our children and those whose minds cannot think alone. Protect those who protect our country and see them safely home. Lord love us and be forever forgiving of our many many faults we pray. Father we ask these intercessions for help those in need, for Your comfort for the sorrowful and may You bless all who seek Your help and protection. Lord guide us to witness to those who do not know You, fill our minds and tongues with a good testimony that we make to honor Your holiness. Be with us, guide and deliver us we pray, Amen
