Prayer for Anxiety & Stress! Abbas, Father, I Love You and need You. Because I know You are near, I will be anxious for nothing, but in everything by Prayer and Supplication, with Thanksgiving. I will let my requests be made known to You. As I do so, I know Your Supernatural and Wonderful Peace that Surpasses all Understanding will guard my Heart and my Mind through Christ Jesus. Lord Thank You for all the Promises of Your word. I know they are Yes and Amen in Christ Jesus. Because I believe them, I will not worry about My life, because I know You will take care of me. As I come unto You, Lord Jesus, I experience the rest You give to me. I take Your Yoke upon myself and I Choose to learn of You, for Your Yoke is easy and Your burden is light. Throughout this day I will seek first Your kingdom and Your Righteousness, because I know the results will be that You will Suppy all my needs. Thank You Father. I Cast my burdens upon You Lord, for I know You will sustain me, and I believe Your Promise that You will not Permit me to be moved. I take my stand upon Your word, Father and as I do so the Stress I have been feeling is leaving me. Thank You Lord for freeing me from all anxiety and stress. Father I want Your word to bear fruit in My life. Therefore I renounce the cares of this World, The deceitfulness of riches, and all kinds of lust and wrong desires. Thank You Lord for giving me a sound mind. You have not given me a Spirit of fear, but You have given me a Spirit of Power and of Love. Praise Your Mighty Name God Almighty! Therefore I will Not be ashamed of Your Testimony my Lord. I choose to be a partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to Your Power, O God. Thank You for Saving Me and Calling me with a Holy Calling, not according to my own works but according to Your purpose and grace. I now know that I do not have to experience stress any longer. In Jesus Christ Holy Name I Pray Amen! Be Careful for Nothing; but in everything by Praying and Supplication with Thanksgiving let Your request be made known unto God. And the Peace of God, which passeth all Understanding, shall keep Your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7) Personal Affirmation: Thou wilt keep Him in Perfect Peace, whose mind is stayed on their; because he trusteth in thee (Isaiah 26:3). I will walk in Gods Perfect Peace, because I trust God with all my Heart. Reflection: In comparison with this big world, the human Heart is only a small thing. Though the world is So large, it is utterly unable to satisfy this tiny Heart. The ever growing Soul and its capacity can be satisfied only in the infinite God. As water is restless until it reaches its level, so the Soul has no Peace until it rests in God Scriptures: 2-Corinthians 1:20; Matthew 6:25; 1-Peter 5:7; Matthew 11:28-30; Matthew 6:33; Psalm 55:22; Mark 4:19; 2-Timothy 1:7; 2-Timothy 1:8-9!
