Prayer is also man exercising his legal authority on earth to invite heavens influence on the planet. why I say this is because the decree God spoke in Gen.1:26 when He said Let them have dominion He didnt say let us but them (man) since He has given humanity authority over the earth, He requires the permission or authorization of mankind in order to act on the earth... This is why when we stop praying we allow Gods purpose for the world to be. hindered... This is why Luke 18:1 (Men ought always to pray) and Matt. 16:19 (Key of heaven) what we allow and disallow... These truths are crucial for effective prayer...
