Prayers are needed for a dear friend of mine and many of yours. He has had a very hard row to hoe this last year and despite all that was against him, he is alive. He has a few issues that need to be dealt with, and his journey is, by all means, not over. He is giving up. His decisions are not rational and his plan of action is shortsighted. Please pray that he realize the gift he has been given, and that through our hardest struggles and darkest nights, the salvation and reconciliation we seek, is often just a few steps ahead of us, even though we may not see it. That leap of faith is what he needs and where we all find ourselves when it seems we cant go forward. Lord, Please help us all see that when we are trudging along, gaining no ground in our eyes, help us realize that all our effort is unecessary. Struggling against that which we have no control is futile and unecessary. If we just let go and trust in the Faith, we will realize that You, our Lord and Savior, are carrying us through these times. In His name I pray. Amen. Love you brother. Please make the right choices, let Him guide you.
