Prayers out to a Thich Nhat Hahn who over the years has become a massive inspirational teacher for me. He suffered a massive brain hemorrhage recently. His village posted if you would like to contribute in any way, do things in your personal life. You could reconcile with loved ones, or let go of your resentment of someone and write a love letter. Also they suggest participating in your local community more or consume less and reduce your time online. Love it. #ThichNhatHanh
