Prayers requested for two very special ladies in my life. The first is my mom who continues to recover from open heart surgery at Piedmont Hospital. Minor complications have caused her not to be given the okay to go home which has left her feeling a little down. We had hoped that she would be sleeping in her own bed tonight. The second beautiful lady who needs prayer is my precious other mother, Dera Wallace, who is the mom of my best friend since childhood. She also at Piedmont Hospital and she also continues to remain in ICU trying to recover from what appears to a severe lung infection. We are beginning to see some slight improvement however she has quite a journey ahead of her. Our families would appreciate prayers as these precious women continue their recoveries. May our Great Physician touch them and those that treat them. May He give them guidance and knowledge to make the best decisions regarding their care. God timed our Fall Break so that I could spend it with those that I love, during a time when we all needed each other the most, and for that I am so thankful.
