Premier league Ferrybank 3 v 2 Piltown Ferrybank took an early lead in a very even first half with Piltowns best chance falling to Alan Walsh who hit the post with a great shot. The second half was very close, with 20 minutes to go Colin Murphy cause confusion in the home box as he headed down a right wing cross into the path of Barry Walsh who scored from close range, 5 minutes later Barry was taken down by the home keeper, he dusted himself down and smashed home the penalty, we were looking very good for the three points at this stage but we conceded two soft goals in the last ten minutes. We are at home to Crystal on Saturday night at 7pm kick off, we need to get some points on the board so come along and support the lads.
