Premiere Wynne just commented that WSIB was an independent - TopicsExpress

Premiere Wynne just commented that WSIB was an independent decision-making body that operates at arms length from the government in regards to the c.c. I sent her after addressing the original one to Deb Matthews in her role as the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care. This is the reply I received from France Gelinas, Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Critic, New Democratic Party of Ontario, in regards to the same c.c. I sent Premiere Wynne: Re: WSIB mistreatment Mr. South: I am MPP Gelinas legislative assistant Damien Waddell. I am writing in response to your letter dated December 3rd, 2013. The member is the elected representative from Nickel Belt, and for that reason, her staff help people in the Nickel Belt with their WSIB issues. It is constituency case work. You have done the right thing in contacting your MPP, Deb Matthews. As your MPP it is her duty to help you navigate the services of the provincial government. If you are not satisfied with the assistance you receive from MPP Matthews staff, please contact our NDP critic for the Ministry of Labour, MPP Taras Natyshaks office; 416-325-0714. I have copied his office on this response, and will share your letters and attached history of the complaint with that office at this time. I apologize I cannot help you further. Sincerely, Damien Waddell Since I havent had any response yet from Deb Matthews in her role as the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, I wonder if I should send her the same letter in her role as my MPP representative? (Damien says its her duty to help me navigate the service) Do you think she might respond then? Or should I just move to the Nickel Belt and say Here I am Gelinas, can you help me now?
