Prenatal Yoga ***NEW TIME*** Prenatal Yoga offers pregnant mothers a chance to tune into their bodies and bond with their growing babies. We begin by sharing our experiences and doing a short meditation. We then move on to breathwork, stretching, strengthening & balancing postures designed to prepare the body and mind for the process of giving birth. Each class ends with deep rest and relaxation, nurturing ourselves and our babies. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, a blanket or towel, and a yoga strap or belt.
