Prenatal care should take place BEFORE you get pregnant. That includes ridding your body of all impurities, inclusive of destructive thoughts and destructive behavior. The MOST important element in prenatal care should be in the process of selection. Brothers, you should probe the mind, spirit and soul of the potential female , if she has children, see if they are well behaved, how are they educated, how she is taking her role as the first teacher. Sisters, probe his mind, soul and spirit. If he has children, investigate his relationship with his children. You have to determine if he is worth risking your life, and he has to determine if you are capable of CONTINUING his life. After that determination takes place, then marriage should soon follow. In order to give birth to a God, I have to first understand and know who God is. I have to know MY divine relationship and purpose to God. I understand that it is so much more than a seed being planted; I am the foundation that will cultivate our legacy. Instead of saying " I want to have your baby", the language we should use is "I want to HOUSE our legacy". This is how we should think, regarding prenatal care. Then WHILE pregnant, as Mothers, we should protect the environment around our womb, watch our thoughts, who and what we entertain, and we should always be found studying. #teamlegacy
