Prentice Powell Good Father on the Arsenio Hall Show - I think any parent who has limited contact with their child can relate to this poem. While the poem is titled Good Father and is about a mans son it could just as easily be titled Good Mother. Prentice talks about the frustration felt by the limited time spent with his son. The pain felt because of missed times and milestones. The only real connection being through photos and Skype. Prentice is talking about the failings of a system and the results.
