Presentation opportunity The Hispanic Health Opportunities Learning Alliance (H2OLA) is hosting its fourth annual conference on Latino health equity entitled, “Del Saber al Poder: From Knowledge to Action on 17 April 2015. The conference provides a unique opportunity for interested individuals and professionals to collaborate with national thought leaders. Together we can build consensus, make recommendations, and develop strategies to promote health equity and scientific leadership with an emphasis on Latino communities. Student participants (undergraduate and graduate) from any university are welcome to submit abstracts for poster presentations regarding health disparities as well as social, cultural, and environmental effects on health. The poster sessions will be held at midday at the CSULB University Student Union Ballrooms where the conference will be hosted. Awards will be given for the top three posters and they will be announced during the conference. Abstracts are due 6 March 2015
