President Barack Hussein Obama has absolutely NO power to act outside the Constitution of the United States and the U. S. Law Code. He has done BOTH in spite of having no such authority. Neither the first nor the second President Bush ever acted outside their constitutional authority. President Obama has violated both the Constitution of the United States and the U. S. Law Code---often and with ease---and, so far, with impunity. He has provided the grounds for his impeachment and removal from office---ie. OBAMA BUILT THAT AND THAT IS WHAT HE DESERVES. Democrat U. S. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee obviously does NOT understand the Constitution of the United States and, therefore does not qualify to serve in the U. S. Congress (U. S. House of Representatives) or to pontificate about abuse of presidential authority.
