The African people are greatly in debt to him because the initiative continues to help save lives, even today. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Despite President Obama praising the program, he’s been cutting funding to it behind the scenes, and the African people know it. Last year, President Obama’s budget redirected $214,000,000 of AIDS funding, and he’s looking to cut an additional $50M in 2014.
