President Obama might be done campaigning, but his initiatives will have a lasting effect on this nation, especially the middle and working classes. Last night in the State of the Union address, he laid out the ways in which his administration is working to level the playing field. He echoed the same three ideals that we fight for here in Georgia every day: educational opportunity, economic security, and shared responsibility. Just as I look forward to seeing the President put his proposals into action, I am equally excited for the opportunity we as state legislators have to work hard for a better Georgia. #SOTU
