President Obama’s failure to recognise South Sudan conflict seem to be a second Bill Clinton of Rwanda, 1994, the case of Killings of Nuer ethnics groups in South Sudan by Dinka led government funded by United States and the UN and Uganda also funded by U.S and order to kill more Nuer civilians by U.S If the U.S is a Bible country, Bible James 11 said, “Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? 12 My brothers, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water” and 17 “But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. 18 Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness” Now, none of those had happened but the U.S is preaching peace about South Sudan, what should a man like me can do? Well, the world has disgusted me and my tribe, the Nuer ethnic groups of South Sudan who were madly massacred in Juba and Malakal by two governments, one being Juba led by UN and IGAD and Second being Uganda led by United State of America. Should these massive killings of the Nuer ethnics groups be calls the biggest mistake that the United Nation and the United States of America have ever made, or this is a confirmation of the colors of the UN and the United States of America? Even further, the question being ask down the road by many would be that what was U.S interest to see innocents Nuer ethnics groups being swamps with machine guns and artillery guns and massacred by both Dinka led government and Uganda Army Force. On January 3, 2014, according New York Time, it reports that “the US is also consulting Uganda and Ethiopia, whose troops could intervene to prevent rebels from seizing South Sudan’s capital, Juba.” The report continue explain the view of American diplomat who said, “We can’t allow the carnage to go on; we can’t allow the capital to be overrun,” said Tom McDonald, who worked on Sudan issues as the American ambassador to Zimbabwe during the administration of Bill Clinton. “We have too much to lose; we’ve put too much into this.” Meaning that the killings of Nuer ethnics by the government he is protecting is nothing the U.S put too much in South Sudan that are better than the innocents Nuer children, women and elderly who was massacred in Juba According to New York Time, it said, “Mr. McDonald, now a lawyer at Baker Hostetler, said the administration should pursue a dual track, encouraging reconciliation while developing plans to help Uganda and Ethiopia with military intervention in the event that diplomacy fails. Uganda’s president, Yoweri Museveni, has threatened to intervene if the rebels do not agree to a cease-fire” The report ended by saying “While the United States is highly unlikely to commit its own troops, Mr. McDonald said, it could provide planes to transport Ugandan soldiers or share intelligence on rebel positions with Ethiopia’s air force. American officials said that they hoped that Uganda’s warning would be enough of a deterrent and that intervention would not be needed” Later, according Ugandans reports, after the world has learned the real caused this senseless war, the Ugandan report said, “U.S Didn’t Commit funds, UPDF Wants More Funds”. it continues to explain that, “Meanwhile sources have told us that U.S who earlier committed to facilitate the UPDF to see an end to the fight that started mid-December last year, after a bitter disagreement between President Salvatore Kiir and his former vice president Dr. Riek Machar, has not fulfilled the promise. According to chimp reports, sad in deed In the report that I will avail to the world later, I will provide all documents that we have made and other who were made by international observers who saw the coming of genocide in South Sudan. Then the question would then that where was the U.S all that time to get this war wrong? Well, let me make my own conclusion, the U.S, the world and its allies disgusted me, the case of Nuer being massacred in Juba and the responses by international communities disgusted me even further. It is now clear to the whole world that both the Untied Nation and the United State of America supported the killing of Nuer ethnics groups of South Sudan through their allies, the Dinka led government and the Uganda Army Force. The Evidence, well, I am not an expert or a security intelligence agency or have a time to gather more evidences; however, I have two assurance sources that I made my conclusion from. One, the New York Time Reports about U.S asking Ethiopia and Uganda to attacked the Nuer shortly after war broke out in Juba. Second, my own presents at the peace talks in Addis Ababa, what I have learned there disgusted me to my nerves. That is that the U.S, IGAD and the UN would rather see more Nuer died than letting them go to Juba in fear that the Nuer will revenge. Three days after war broke; General Rodriguez was quote after their helicopter come under fire at the freedom fighters base as saying, “We were surprised.” according to New York Time. It continues to say that, “The general said military planners coordinated with United Nations personnel on the ground to avoid any problems” and “but he acknowledged that the episode was being reviewed to determine if “we missed something” or could have “done something better” according to report. Which means that they have to send it the Uganda warplane first to clear the so called Rebel and the Nuer civil populations. In that report, General Rodriguez said the United States, its European allies and regional partners faced serious threats in Africa from a range of extremist groups, including two Qaeda affiliates: the Shabab, in Somalia and East Africa, and Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, in North and West Africa. What the general forget was that the Nuer ethnics groups of South Sudan have never declared war on any one, especially in this particular case. Nuer community was purposely under attacks by the U.S allies namely South Sudan led Dinka government. The U.S must be told that the killings of the Nuer ethnics by Dinka government and the Uganda authorised by the U.S would be known in the history of South Sudan and the whole world that United States of America had at once point supported the killings of Nuer ethnics group of South Sudan. The genocide that was carried-out in Juba on December 15, 17, 18 of 2013 by the SPLA led Dinka government that is being funded by the U.S and the continuing of mass killings later-ward by Uganda army force led by United States of America. The question is why?, why were the U.S and the UN was so blinds and turned their head down when so much reports clearly suggested that there would be a war or destruction in South Sudan? According to New York Time U.S immediately order its allies, such as Uganda and Ethiopia to clear out the Nuer ethnics groups from the map of South Sudan. It said (“We have too much to lose; we’ve put too much into this.”) however, surprising many people scratch their head and said, “wasn’t United State of America for democracy and injustice to the vulnerable and innocents people”? Many people including myself would ask so many unanswered questions, such as what UN and the U.S did not know about South Sudan’s mass killings of political writers, the disappearances of so many people in Juba, the media members’ detentions, and the corruptions that tear the country into pieces? Waite a second, South Sudan has oil, therefore, President Kirr and Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni are poppets of U.S and therefore the U.S doesn’t care whether they are play dirt or carried out mass murdered of their own people, sad indeed. I want to provide one wake up calls letter that I have send on last years, read it below for your accurate information.
