President Petro Poroshenko may I suggest that you with hold any wish to dissolve the ceasefire due to ongoing violations by separatists and Russia. Thusfar you have commanded a highly significant position and retained composure many would not. Permitting the ongoing threats to security to force any retraction of the current stance openly permits Russia to open more avenues to provide arms and ammunition as is already noted to have occurred, to these separatists and others who are engaged in further establishing violations of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine. This said there must certainly be a more visible presence of personnel within areas considered under greatest threat so as to infuse much further thought from these other, aggressive parties that when the ceasefire concludes at its natural time there can be no doubt any undue presence can be engaged with due care and consideration for the civilian population.
