President hassans speech african summit of IGad In addis ababba . the federal government of somalia is mandated to represent the interest of all somali people those who are silent,powerless as they look for the federal goverment of somalia to safe guard their constitutional rights that is what all somali leaders said mostly but not guinine, so the question is when should we ever get justice because now the president performing hajj while somali pple those he (Hassan) is responsible for them are suffering for cronic hunger droughts which led death of millions of somali civilians and there is no aid wether its truck yet reached what is your view .
